I am a Kurdish woman with roots in Dersim/ North Kurdistan, born and raised in the German diaspora.
My name, Bakış, means gaze in Turkish.
And it’s more than my name – it’s the way I move through the world. Growing up between cultures, languages and perspectives shaped my passion for education, creativity and community building.

GAZE IN invites you to look inward and outward – embracing both simplicity and complexity with curiosity and courage. It is a space where personal and collective experiences meet.
My transcultural work combines education, psychosocial practice, movement, creativity, and community building. Through an interdisciplinary and intersectional approach, I offer consultancy, workshops, facilitation, and collaborative projects in English, German, and Turkish. From core programs and workshop series to community initiatives, creative projects, and personal development formats – every offering is designed to encourage meaningful engagement and lasting transformation.
GAZE IN is not only about gaining knowledge and skills – it is about developing awareness and creating new possibilities.

For over ten years, I have been creating projects at the intersection of art, education, culture, and community.
STUDIO is the creative branch of GAZE IN – a space for photography, creative direction, collaborative projects, and interdisciplinary practice. I connect people, ideas, and resources.
My work is aimed at artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, organizations, and communities seeking collaboration, visibility, and meaningful connection.
I work with people, not over them – creating tailor-made concepts that respond to specific needs, contexts, and visions.
